"The food is great, but they don't understand how to not provide utensils. 90% of the time, I order online and pick up. In the notes on the item, I say "no utensils". As you're checking out, there's a field specifically marked "Do you want utensils?" and I write "no utensils". But they always give me utensils. Is it a big deal? No. Are their salmon and tuna salads fantastic? Yes. But would it be nice if they paid attention to their own ordering system? Yeah."
