"couldnt find anything that i loved in store but i had to come here and comment on how lovely all of the girls are here!!! i felt super comfortable and a few of the girls had assisted me multiple times. the store was also very clean and organized. even though i walked out empty handed it was a really great experience and i would go back in the future"

"Cutstomer service is terrible. I walked in with 3 workers standing behind the cash registers on their phones. I was not greeted, especially since I was the only person in the store. As soon as I moved up towards the front, ALL 3 girls bumped into me (also covid come on guys), and literally walked outside to take pictures. I will be reporting the workers in this location to corporate due to this being consistently a terrible location. I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, but I had enough when they all decided to bump into me without acknowledging my presence as a customer and literally leaving the storefront while I was in there."

"I work in the area of Woodcliff Lake, NJ. I walked in out of curiosity at around 2pm. There were three woman behind the register having private conversations and one was even playing with a fidget spinner. Not one person greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I even made eye contact with all three woman. After spending 10mins in the store another customer walked in and she was greeted with 20 seconds. I felt very offended and I can tell you certainty that I will never spend a dime there. Just plain rude and unaccepting."
