"I would give a zero if possible. I ordered parts from them and they shipped to the wrong address and when i called customer service to get assistance, they said i needed to contact UPS for lost of missing package. Wow, how about that for passing the buck! Total lack of customer focus. I will never order from them again!"

"I'm sure there is some rule that would prevent me from using the particular word that is a appropriate, so this euphemism will have to do: BALLOONKNOTS! Thats how I would describe the staff at Marcone Supply of Kenilworth, NJ. The freezer section of my home refrigerator stopped working. But I knew the repairman who would fix the refrigeration equipment at a restaurant at which I worked. As a courtesy he came over first thing the next morning because my food was melting. He found out what was wrong, but had other jobs that day already scheduled and couldn't get out to Marcone Supply get the parts. He said if I pick it up, he'd stop back that night after his other jobs were finished. He even gave me his wholesale account number with Marcone in case I had trouble. I ordered the part (it goes to a central office NOT the Kenilworth location), and headed over there. It still went pretty much as the other recent reviewers here have stated. Wouldn't open the door, or answer questions, were extremely rude AND even gave me a hard time after I gave them the account number and told them I was there picking up a part for a service professional. OK, I get it COVID. I'm immunosuppressed from a liver transplant so I don't want to be endangered anymore than they do. Fine enough reason for not opening the door. But to not answer questions, and the attitude? Please."

"it's very sad ,that after being a loyal customer for years .my experience today was horrible, your company because of Covid 19 will not allow regular customers to purchase retail i had to order via phone with a representative, pay shipping and Handling, not get my appliance repaired until possibly Saturday today is AUGUST 19,2020. i had a mask ,gloves standing in front of store and was told we don't make the rules. location of store Kenilworth nj uncaring of your company when retail business is hurting already."
