"Ordered caramel macchiato. guy who works there gave me something, but not caramel macchiato. And it is not about coffee. I came back from 3 blocks. He says I didn’t do it looking at me. No shame, lying, not apologizing. Other time when I came with kids he says something and rolls eyes. If you don’t like working in coffee shop and serving, get hell out of here. At least I know that I am not coming back. Better traveling to Chatham Dunkin Donut Shop. No manners at all. Lady next him who took my order, and she knew also who was the blame in here. Poor lady that has to do work with him on that job"

"I just started working around madison and I been to this Dunkin couple of time and every time I order my coffee it just taste like water. It doesn’t even taste like coffee. And the sandwiches are sloppy. The last time I was there I order a sesame bagel and they gave me croissant.."

"There was a young man at the register I said, give me a dozen donuts and a box of coffee. I asked how much that is when they said $45 I said cancel the coffee. I guess the manager pretended he didn’t know how to speak English.. He looked at me and laughed because I told him wow this is really gotten expensive… The young kid didn’t know that six donuts and six donuts make up a dozen. After I walked out after paying I think $15? They charged me $45 I called up to the store and the manager had an attitude with me. He was angry he wanted to argue with me. I told him sir I told you cancel the coffee and then I told him you charge my credit card without my say so. I was in Madison my entire life I remember going there when I was four or five years old it’s ridiculous. It is a joke and I think I’m going to show up there later on today, With the authorities Oh, and I’ve been trying to call and they’re not picking up the phone I’m not a racist anything people call me a Gypsy…. I guess they didn’t understand a word of English that I was saying."

"I have been coming here for years everyday, for the past month or so they had a new girl as a manager and believe when I say she is the best manager I seen in this place. Very nice and since she been there this place been spotless. Whoever that women is she should get some type of recognition cause she has made some great changes here. Hope they keep her. Even the crew members been more friendly. Keep it up guys"
