"This is a great and welcomed addition to Greenwood Lake. We needed a place like this! 1. Wonderful service - the staff and owners are welcoming and delightful. They make you feel at home. 2. Delicious food -Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, their food is always fresh and delicious. 3. Prices - Great and incredibly fair prices. It’s cozy and conveniently located on Jersey Avenue between Greenwood Lake village area and West Milford, NJ. Wishing them tons of success for many years to come."

"For being the first time going to this place, I have to say it was very good. I don't give five stars right off the back on the first visit, I base my ratings on multiple visits. The Sunrise Family Restaurant is a great place to visit. It's a friendly and comfortable establishment that serves really decent food with extremely great prices considering the way the economy is going today. I was in a party of three, and the bill with the tip was under a hundred dollars, including appetizers, which my son demolished before I could get a chance to take a picture. It is worthy of multiple visits by yourself or with family. I will be going back and updating my review accordingly!"

"5 stars all around. We heard rave reviews from a bunch of friends in town and thankfully gave it a try. Our family arrived hungry and boy did they deliver. There is nothing that we ordered that we would not order again and if they only served their empanadas we would frequent just for those! Phenomenal. Kids had wings and cheese quesadilla and shared our empanadas. We had the Chicken Madeira and Salmon Caeser salad. Service was outstanding. Sangria was dangerously delicious. We will be back soon and so happy to have such a wonderful establishment with so many fresh options in the area!"
