"This amazing family own and operated sandwich shop, is it true staple to the town of Parsippany. It’s true what they say or at least I’m starting to believe, that some of the best restaurants I’ve discovered in New Jersey, are located inside of strip malls! This place is no exception. My favorite sandwhich there has quickly become Chicken Italiano! Grilled chicken breast, fresh mozzarella and roasted red peppers served on toasted eight grain bread with salt, pepper, leafy lettuce and your choice either balsamic vinaigrette or fresh basil mayo, But you know your girl had to get extra mayo! This place is incredible. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu."
"Pretty good sandwich but nothing to right home about. Got a roast beef and provolone with lettuce tomato onion mayo oil vinegar and a bag of chips for $14. Convenient location and easy to complete transaction."
"The Great Wazu is one of those staple sandwich shops that is always consistent and has the nicest workers. My sister and I went after a long day of shopping (it’s conveniently located in a shopping center with a Homegoods) and our sandwich was delicious. We ordered a large tuna with lettuce and tomato and split it between us both and it was plenty big and packed with tuna. The sandwich was about ~$30 if my memory serves me correctly but came with a heaping pile of pickles too! We also got 2 fountain sodas (with free refills) and a bag of chips. The price seemed steep but again we were splitting it so it’s comparable to other sandwich shops in the area. The gentleman who took our order was super nice and friendly (and patient), and the guy who rang us up had a quick friendly conversation as well. We ate inside and it’s a time capsule of an old sandwich shop. It’s lined with booths on both sides and plenty of seating. The decor could be updated a bit (the pictures on the wall were small art pieces), but again, we weren’t there for the decor. All in all, highly recommend the Great Wazu for your lunch sandwich order!"
"New to the area and kept passing this place mainly, because I didn't know it was there. But let me tellllll you! AMAZING New York deli style sandwiches. Very clean establishment. When I went a gentlemen wearing a red shirt and bald head was happily tidying up. Shot out to James and Salvatore, whose powerful names match their powerful customer service. My sandwich was made with so much care, got a number 9. I can't wait to go back, nuff said."
"I ordered lunch for myself and clients. I ordered from the night before. For myself I ordered the veggie monster wrap. The price for everything was very affordable. The restaurant delivered everything on time. I had to go to the restaurant because I needed to get a receipt that was missing from them and the spot was spacious for dine in. When I got in I ate and the food wasn't bad at all. They put a little too much hummus for my liking but the flavors was pretty good. I didn't finish it all because the hummus was overwhelming but it did taste good. All in all everything was cool."
