"The food is great! But the 3 times we've ordered from there they either forgot my onion rings, and all 3 times my burgers had toppings I clearly said u didn't want. Today he even came back to me 5min after I ordered and confirmed no avocado and when I got home I'm scrapping avocado off my burger. Is a shame they can't get the orders right."

"I ordered the Double char , came with the double burger, fries, and unlimited drink 12.99 not bad compared to other high-end fast food places. I also had a side ceaser salad. I thought the food was good, especially the burger, which was very fresh."

"Super salty burger and undercook with a side of soggy limp fries. Couple of bites and it went into the garbage. Waste of money and time driving there!"

"Lady closing tonight (10/24) appeared to be a manger or shift lead of some sort. She had a horrible attitude from start to finish. She was getting nasty when we kindly told her our order wasn’t correct. We even debated saying anything because we felt bad. The burger was remade after she debated it. We looked past the attitude until she decided to drench our togo order in honey mustard which seemed to have been in spite?? Very strange. On top of that it’s 9:10 (store closes at 9:30) and she’s screaming at the cooks to stop making orders and to not accept any more. She starts shutting down the soda machines and making the people dining there uncomfortable and feeling not welcomed. Ruining an order because of your own mistake is crazy. I wasn’t going to write a review until we opened the order. I’ve never had a bad experience here this was the first."

"Great food and great staff. Surprised to hear this is a California based chain. I got the Santa Barbra char which was bigger than I expected. I usually get a single. I also love that you can get half and half of fries and onion rings. It makes a for a nice and diverse combo. Can’t go wrong with many of the items on their menu."
