Domino's Pizza 325 New Jersey 10, East Hanover, NJ 07936

"Pathetic - I am going to stop eating dominoes going forward from today. Here is what happened - I ordered pizza no meat and picked up - came home to find out pizza has chicken in it. Called 7 pm to store -store was unable to refund and said we will deliver. Food was not delivered till 8 pm - called again and said no driver available but pizza is ready. I visited store to pickup and pizza was not even started forget about ready. I left store without any pizza and suggested my family to stop eating domino’s."

"This is not a good Domino's. It is clearly understaffed, I had to wait ~1.5hr for a delivery once, pizza arrived cold. Take out is not too bad, because location is convenient and there is parking, but they are very slow."

"Absolutely the worst establishment, in every way possible. Poor service all around. The rep over the phone took 15+ minutes fumbling to simply take the address, before I requested to speak with his “manager”. After over 2 hours I call the store for an update, the “manager” claims the driver is in route. After another hour of waiting, (we are 1 mile from the store) the driver calls me to say “I’m outside” come out, rather than taking the extra minute to deliver the food properly as paid for. After all this, the pizza was not even what I ordered. On top of that, it was ice cold, almost as if it’s been sitting out for 3 hours… Overall a horrendous experience from all angles. I only recommend this branch if you enjoy unprofessionalism and cold pizza."

"This place is by far the worst pizza ordering and food quality experiences ever in my life. The delivery says 18-33 mins if you are within a 10 min drive radius but twice the food took over 1.5 hours. Which pizza takes 1.5 hrs to make and deliver the suburbs?? I called them several times and they said the driver is on the way. Obviously they are lying. Then the driver called me saying Google maps could not find my address so he has to go back to the store and download the app to find directions. The food arrives after 2 hours from ordering and is cold. We threw away the pizza. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!"

"Every single time I order from this place it takes 1-2 hours for delivery. It’s about a 10 minute drive from my house. I only order 1-3 simple items and unfortunately they always arrive late and cold. It’s been at least 2 years of me having the same experience and I guess staff has not improved at all in that time."
