"My order takes forever and they gave me ice when I asked for no ice and furthermore they only gave me 1 scoop of dragonfruit when clearly I asked for 2. DO NOT GO HERE"

"One of my favorite Starbucks I go to. Isabella deserves a shoutout as I constantly see her juggling a million things while still displaying great customer service not only to me, but everyone she’s speaking to."

"I used to come here about a year ago and it was just okay. About three months ago I decided to go there once more and the staff had changed. The cashiers are so friendly but let me tell you HAYLEE takes the crown. She is by far THE BEST barrista I have had. Every single time my order tastes absolutely amazing! I keep coming back because of her! If corporate sees this they need to give her a major raise. She’s usually by herself making a million drinks, she’s fast, friendly and always on point. I will forever take the drive to this Starbucks which is further from me just as long as she’s working!"

"The place is in a great location, and perhaps they are short staffed. The counters are dirty and messy. I placed my usual order and 15 minutes after the girl that took my order asked if I had not gotten it yet. Somehow, my ticket did not print or was misplaced. It took an additional 5 minutes to get my drinks, and one of them was incorrect and had to be redone. The service was not horrible, but there is much room for improvement."
