"Do NOT waste your time getting a cake from here. I was absolutely embarrassed to bring the cake I received from here to my sisters gender reveal. After placing it on the dessert table, I quickly took it down and TRASHED it. I requested a simple buttercream cake with pink and blue blended in. What I got was a zero effort, messy cake. The “macaroons” had rigid edges, the buttercream was not smooth, and the fondant stars looked botched. Not to mention the cake was LOPSIDED AND CROOKED. My boyfriend was the one to pick the cake up for me and when he sent me a picture of it I almost broke down in tears. I called and asked to speak to a manager and what I got was a lady who lied to me saying the manager had already left and will call me Monday. When I explained I was disappointed about the cake I just picked up, out of the blue the manager was apparently still there! When I explained my disappointment in the cake to the manager she didn’t try to help or fix the situation, she tried to make me, the customer, feel like I was in the wrong and should be ashamed that I would even call and complain about the cake. She basically told me I was wrong and that the cake was exactly what I wanted and that they were “nice enough” to put the decorations on When I specifically asked for none. Her response to that was to “take them off myself and place my original decorations that I purchased for it”. The cake had absolutely no pink in it and basically gave the gender away before it even started. I have never been so disgusted in my life and have never been treated like this by a business. Instead of righting their wrong they continued to make me feel bad and made the cake even worse. So a $125+ cake went RIGHT IN THE TRASH. Don’t make the same mistake I did and just stay away from this bakery. The first three photos are the original cake. All blue, no pink, blotched on buttercream and macaroons?? I can’t even tell you. The last picture is their “fix”. Still all blue, no pink and falling over."

"First time I have been to tony and vinnies. I bought several cheese and almond ring danishes apple turnovers almond paste cookies. Yes it was by closing on Friday yesterday but I bought them for breakfast the next day today. They were terrible stale and tasteless. My mom called this morning and spoke to one of the employees and explained what I purchased. First of all the employee was rude condescending and snotty. Then she said in one sentence oh we don’t make that/ we didn’t bake those yesterday. The next sentence oh we bake everything fresh. So they lie then they call my mother a liar by saying, well we don’t know if you put it in the refrigerator the day before. You can’t call or come the next day to complain and this is our first complaint. My mom who I agree with said we will not be back. If we could give zero stars instead of one we would."

"What a fantastic little Italian bakery! I have been so happy with all of the pastries that I have tried so far, and not only are they delicious, but they also make such a wonderful presentation at events! This bakery also made the best Irish Soda bread that I ever had for St Patrick's day! The staff is so very helpful and friendly too which always makes for a pleasant experience. I also find the prices very reasonable! Don't hesitate to check this place out!"

"Expertly prepared Italian style food made in one of the cleanest kitchens I have seen. The lunch specials are an exceptional value at $9, see attached image of this week's roast beef and provolone. Also consider purchasing a cannoli while here, I highly recommend them."
