"Went in on Saturday morning while running errands. I asked for a cup of hot water so I could have my lemon water. The employee at the register said that's 2.12. I said for a cup of hot water? He said yes I have to charge you for the cup. So I bought a cup of coffee it was the same price of 2.36. Next time I'll go to the quick check across the street they don't charge for a cup of hot water. I was going to order breakfast to go but, I was afraid I would be charged for the bag and napkins. And BTW, the coffee was like drinking hot water with no flavor. Tasted like they reused the coffee grounds a second time. Sorry McDonald's but, you have really gone down hill. Won't be back. I can get my water at no charge and the same breakfast at a quick check across the street or IHOP across the street The prices are the same as McDonald's. You lost another customer today."
"Service with a smile and got my order right. Could've been a little cleaner looking inside, maybe, but most of this complex is under construction apparently to update it, so it may just be the facility is old. Ample seating and ample parking. No drive through here, though! It's not in a stand-alone building like most McDonalds, it's one of several suites in a strip mall."
"Very respectful worker, however they were stingy with the napkin. I only got one, would've been better to get 3 or at minimum 2 napkins. But since I keep some in my car it wasn't a big deal."
