"ZERO STARS incredibly rude cashiers I work as a manger in retail and the attitudes of these workers sucks, I will not be shopping here ever again the way they talk to you is very disrespectful and degrading"

"Well let me just say the rainbow store located on main street orange new jersey is going to run to out of business if they don't change the current employees, they have no discipline whatsoever. Last week Friday I was in the store a lady asked the floor employees where she could find something she wanted to purchase and the floor employees used her head to not in a direction the lady said I don't understand you and the floor employees cursed out the customer, when complain to the jamaican lady at the cashier she in turn took up for the rude floor employees"

"Every time I come to this store is so many great selections. The staff always gets the people in and out in a timely manner. The manager there is excellent. She knows all her merchandise and this store is a very upscale rainbow. I love it AYB"

"They have a wide variety which is particularly why I like to go to this rainbow location if you need to pick up something very quick and in a hurry, you can usually find it here but the problem is there’s only ever one cashier and the line wait is longer than the shopping experience! I mean on numerous occasions I have gone in here, and had to just set my items down. You cannot leave your children in the car to just run in here. It doesn’t matter if you’re just grabbing a necklace or a pair of earrings or just a cheap pair of slides you are going to be in line for 25 minutes.! I have also been in this location when customers have started to cuss at the cashiers ! It’s crazy the wait time management really needs to step your game up and schedule better. Do some more recruiting to get some more staff because you guys are losing good business. I don’t come in there and spend a little bit of money. please improve the experience for the customers I went in last night, not only was there no one to check your bags at the door, which I don’t particularly care about because I don’t come from an environment where they need to do that.! Because I don’t steal But I guess that should have been the red flag. Please improve this other than that I don’t have an issue with the store. It’s just really disappointing."
