"Rita Rosa saved my wedding dress! I am very short and my dress had a ton of lace on the skirt. I got married in 2020 during the pandemic and had to make a temporary fix on my dress so it wasn’t over a foot long. For our reception in 2021, I wanted to get it done right. They took great care in maintaining the lace and putting my skirt together so that the length was perfect and you couldn’t even tell it had been tailored. I cannot thank them enough for their great work."

"I would not recommend coming here for alterations. I brought my bridal shower dress here after getting rave reviews from someone. I was not impressed. The woman altered the dress and had it ready when she said she would, but when I came to try it on it barely fit. She took it in way too much. When I told her it was too tight and that I didn’t feel comfortable she told me that it was because it’s been hot lately and my body expanded… not sure if that was a backhanded way of saying I must of gained weight, which I didn’t I actually had lost… I’m sorry but I’ve never heard something so ridiculous. She refused to fix it. I ended up paying the $200 for the alterations for a dress I spent $150 on and took it to a family friend who was able to take it out and fix it seamlessly. Please save yourself a trip."

"I had a large alteration project done here. It was a heavily beaded Indian gown with lots of fabric that need to get taken in and hemmed. The bust, waist and straps all needed attention. After the staff was finished with my dress it was absolutely stunning! The seamstress was amazing. I had a couple specific requests and she made sure it happened. This was by far the best experience I've had with alterations in the area. I recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be back!"

"You will definitely want to bring your gowns to Rita Rosa. I purchased a gown on a Tuesday and needed it to be tailored for that Thursday - well these amazing ladies had it done on Wednesday! I was also unsure if the seamstresses would be able to even implement what I was requesting, however, they took the time to meet with me, checked out the dress and even did a test on the dress so we could see how it would end up looking after they had made the finishing touches. I was so absolutely impressed. The fact that they were even willing to do this for me, with such short notice, meant a lot because I truly was anticipating a, "No, we are not able to do that." I am so very grateful! The dress fits me perfectly!"
