IHOP

"Just visited the Middletown, NY location. It was very crowded and expected a long wait. The manager, James, was helping cleaning tables and seating people. Our waiter, Neva, was quick to help us, take our order and serve us in a very pleasant way. I would recommend this location. Very pleasant experience."

"Nice atmosphere with pretty good food compared to some other IHOPs. The service is always iffy. You can either be served immediately or wait 40 minutes to be seated/pick up food. There's never an in-between. If you come on a "good" day, you'll have a great time. If you come on a "bad" day...well, sorry."

"We were told 10 minute wait but it was only less then 5. Our server Logan was/is the Best. Very attentive and pleasant. Having a server with a sense of humor is a big plus for all parties! The 3 of us had a good laugh when Logan took our “clean” plates and I told him “ it was terrible”…. Logan is a keeper, give him a raise! Will return not only for the great breakfast but Logan’s excellent service."

"Came for breakfast. Server was excellent ,she was very helpful. Unfortunately ,my pancakes and eggs were cold. They changed my pancakes, I think the microwave them. Manager was very concerned, offered me a discount. I refused the discount. Told him it was ok. Maybe give them 1 more try."

"Had about a 20-min wait and received a text when the table was ready. The Mexican Tres Leches pancakes were incredibly cinnamon-y; if you like cinnamon, I think they have more than the Cinnestack. Sooooooo loud, including a PA system that's set too high."
