"Poor customer service, specifically for commerical accounts. Female manager who had a nasty attitude over the phone. Not worth it."
"I needed help but the cashier chose to conversate with a costumer for a couple minutes that was already taken care of and left me waiting while i waited patiently then proceeds to help others and force me to wait in line after clearly notifying him i needed help grabbing something at a high shelf, it was a tall fat dude with glasses be advised its horrible service for no reason. The other employees were fine though"
"After 5minutes spending in this store this guy was ignoring not giving a **** not even say hello or goodbye"
"I am writing this review to let everyone know of a positive experience I had here. I called on a Saturday morning to see if they had a replacement battery which they did for my Lincoln MKX. The very nice woman told me they had they battery in stock and that her mechanic would be in a 9am. I showed up, paid for the battery and the mechanic installed the battery right in the parking lot. The terminal were badly corroded. The positive terminal came off easy but the negative terminal was badly corroded. The gentle men had to work at it so as not not break the clamp and wire. Finally got it and the battery was replaced in under 20 minutes. I was super impressed. I did not loose a beautiful Saturday morning sitting at mechanics shop. Installation of the battery was free which was a big bonus to not pay $120 hour with a car mechanic. Getting a new car battery and installation for $200 was well worth it."
"The worst customer experience I have ever seen, asking about a product the store associate told me go check it yourself. I hope they work more on the customer service side"
