"this isn't your typical Autozone or Advance Auto chain. they are knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. they might be a few bucks more but i'm all about supporting the local small business in town for the better customer experience. when i find myself in a pinch, they also stock specialty tools (i.e. jaw pullers, spring compressers, etc) i wish they continued some of the machining services (i.e. rotor turning and flywheel refinishing). it's hard to find these 'old school' auto parts store where the folks behind the counter isn't just there to ring you up and get onto the next person."

"I was confused about which Engine Coolant I needed for my car. I was told and also read that colors should never be mixed. I have Orange so I went into Politi and grabbed an "Orange" coolant. Before ringing up my purchase I was asked what car it was for. When I told him, he looked up my car and found that not only do I need "Orange" but a specific "Orange" for Fords. WOW! Buying that in a supermarket or through Amazon would have likely caused me engine problems. Glad I went to Politi."
