"Bad management had the dryer installed stop working little while after was placed a tech came he said he didn't know how to fix that he had to pass to the senior technician I had take off from work to be home waiting and he never arrived now they added another 4 days to wait until someone can come and take a look definitely bad customer service"

"Bought a refrigerator from here not long ago. It wasn’t keeping anything cold now,so called for it to be looked at and fixed. An appointment was made for 4:00pm.that day. , when no one showed I text Alberto. That appointment was not kept. I was told they got very busy. He rescheduled for the next morning 9:00am. No one ever called or came. ALL the food spoiled in the refrigerator and defrosted in the freezer. I will never deal with this place again. Nice people,but not reliable."
