"Walked into PCR in Woodbridge NJ 12/3/22 2:50p with a phone/car adapter cable that I didn’t know name of. Radwan said they no longer carried it but this other one would work. PCR can check camera 12/3/22 14:53:54 invoice 59-642842 $52.25. In hindsight, I should’ve checked the cable. I didn’t I trusted Radwan. A couple of weeks ago. I finally needed the cable. Open the box to find it’s the wrong one. I went back to PCR and explained situation. Radwan said I didn’t bring the cable in with me or he wouldn’t have sold me that. He called me a liar. Then he denied it. Anything to make a commission. $52. Wow. Well my appliance package will now be purchased at Lowe’s. I will not be returning! PCR should pull the footage and showRadwan that in fact, I did bring the cable he sold me the wrong one. I hope PCR appreciates to $52 donation and Radwan got his commission. Will never shop there again. I’m actually surprised you’re still in business."
