"I had a terrible experience with this service provider. Very unprofessional on the phone. Not only did they do a subpar job fixing my stove, but they were also dishonest and tried to make me pay them again when the stove stopped working in 45 days. Prices are high when the service is terrible. Avoid them at all costs!"

"They're dishonest, they asked for a deposit of $50 and claimed they will call me back and never did. I had to call them a couple of times and didn't get nowhere. Finally the owner call and charged me an exorbitant amount of money so I would say no to the repair. Basically they're going around robbing ppl of 50 dollar. Stay away unless you want to gift them a 50 dollars."

"Has the most reasonably priced shipping barrels by far. Their plastic jumbo barrels are cheaper than the nearby competition's cardboard barrels. But they do have some odd business hours in that there is a sort of mid-morning break."

"Made an appointment with them to service a tenant's apartment. The next morning, they called to say they couldn't take credit cards and that all service had to be cash on delivery. Said they would call back to clarify and never did. I called them and got a racist answering machine message that said: "If you speak English, press 1. If you speak Spanish, go learn English and call back." I might recommend these people to an enemy. No one else."

"First time I was ever disappointed with any type of service. These guys were very nonprofessional, smiling and joking just to feel you out. They destroyed my appliance, it went from working to completely dead. They came out three times charge me a $45.00 service feel and $120.00 for parts and repairs. They left my appliance in worst condition. I called B & G a day after and the answering service had a message that said he was on vacation for two weeks, and to call back Monday there would be someone there to answer calls. I called the Monday and the person that answered the phone sounded just like the guy the came out to repair my appliance he was very nasty and told me that someone would be out in two weeks to take a look at my appliance. after a month of going to the circus with these guys I got my money back and my family as lost $400.00 in groceries. I would never recommend them for anything."
