"This is not company for you. A $100 spent for a less than 10 minutes visit to tell me my appliance was broken. No effort to even open it up and check ALL the components inside. If your appliances are the new ones with all the modern technology get someone else. My sense is that this company’ skill sets are based on the very older models. Extra star for at least being communicative and professional."
