"I'm giving 3 stars because i dont know why the owner, Todd, is not following through with completing my repair. He did show up to our 1st appointment, and I paid at the time for his service call to initially assess my appliance. I've invested money with him and am eagerly awaiting an estimate that I'm afraid is not coming. I've left many messages on both of his phone numbers and have not heard back from him. I am not sure whether to be concerned for this man or frustrated by this situation. If anything changes, I will update my review. If anyone has heard from him since the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, please respond to this post saying he's alright. Thank you everyone!"
