With that said, for grab and go lottery you will be ok... but I highly recommend checking your order BEFORE you leave . Or your Tasty fries could be missing....when you get home...."

"I visited this location on 12-23-23 and received the absolute WORST 16piece meal I ever had! I should have patronize POPEYE'S instead. The chicken was fried in old oil along with the fries that appeared burnt. In addition, the corn was overcooked as well. The coleslaw was watery and sour. I spoke with a manger by the name of Elizabeth who took accountability for everything and we discussed a meal replacement but due to my leaving out the state for the Holiday it was agreed upon me coming back for the full meal replacement upon my return. To my dismay, I spoke with "Sean" who is the most curt and obnoxious General Managers I have ever dealt with who attempted to act as if he had no clue of his staff, when they would be working or my situation altogether. Then somehow miraculously at the end of me sharing how disheartened I was about the ordeal (while he semi-listened with annoyance) he then states: "Elizabeth told me, we will just be giving you the chicken!" I then replied, that was not what was agreed upon and I paid $56.92 for this meal that was never even eaten. I asked for the name of his supervisor and he allege he didn't have one and he owns the store. I then stated, I will be reaching out to corporate and he said he didn't care because they won't do anything about it! I told him if he is not willing to cook me fresh food, then I would like a refund. He replied with, I am not giving you anything and on that note I disconnected the call. I believe in the KFC Brand and that they will not allow this behavior to go unaddressed. I reached out to Customer Service and shared this degrading and disgraceful experience. I will keep you all posted!"

"Went there to at 10:30 the time the sign on the door and google states they are open and no one was there. I waited till 10:50 still no sign of anyone. Lights off no one inside. Not sure what’s going on at this location. The outside was a mess kfc wrappers all over the side walk and the front of the store. Does seems like they care about this location."

"Suppose to open at 10am. Waited in parking lot until 10:45 and left. They are clearly not in it for serving customers or making money, because you have to be open to do any of it!!! PS: The phone wasn't answered either, go figure..."
