"For drive through, if you're gonna make somebody pull forward and wait for their food. Please make sure the food is correct and also. Don't forget to give the customer their card back"

"Had driven for 7 hours, happy to see a Hardee's. near our hotel. We enjoy their big ham sandwich. Ordered 2 of the same, sandwiches came out a little skimpy with the ham and not so hot. As usual these days they were short on help. The two guys were doing their best to get everyone served, so I don't want to fault them, it's gotta be tough."

"The food was fresh and hot. Even tho I know what I want I still need time to make up my mind and I didn't feel rushed. The service was excellent and friendly. The restaurant was clean and so we're the facilities.I love this Hardee's because they use real tomato, onions and lettuce and not dehydrated onions or days old tomatoes and lettuce.I stop at this Hardee's every time I am in town. Which is often because of family in Bluefield."

"Extremely short staffed and toasty and humid inside. The windows also were very grimy and the tables were sticky. The food was subpar and many of the options for drinks and sauces were out. I wish the best for them but they could use an extensive redo on staffing, maintenance, and products. :)"
