"Spent over 20 minutes in the drive through with only 1 car in front of me when I ordered. I am still currently in the drive through as I'm typing this. The only thing I have is a milkshake that is missing close to a third of what should be filled (attached a photo to show how little it was when he gave it to me) but it's been over 5 minutes since he handed it to me and I haven't gotten anything else. Very very slow and poor service. And to charge for a milkshake and get that is ridiculous. I am now going to submit the entire post..... and I'm STILL WAITING IN LINE"

"9 December 2023 @2:56 p.m. Dining room = gross Kitchen = disheveled Crew = f-troop Manager = Absolute Beast! This woman needs credit. Never in my adult life have I ever heard a manager break down how gross and poor her restaurant is to her crew. No disrespect to anyone working there but she gets it. A little caring from the whole team goes a long way. The food here is actually really good and if the other items could be addressed then I believe this place would be wonderful to have dinner at. If not dare I say, one of the better burger joints in VB."

"This was the Hardee's on Monticello Ave and 18th street or near there. The staff was confused and the customers all were unhappy and probably would have left had it not have been already dark and orders already in. There were a couple of employees who were very pleasant and customer service oriented. Aside from those two decent employees it was chaotic."

"When associates give customers substandard food then you know how little they care. The individual that took my order was rude and impatient. The sausage biscuit was nothing to praise and the hash browns were terrible. They were over-cooked, saturated with cooking oil, and looked like they'd been crushed together prior to cooking. When you're scooping these things how difficult is it to look at them and realize that you're just serving garbage. Then don't. Serving meals to people for breakfast is an opportunity to contribute positively to their mornings. That contribution can project and help to be a part of a good day. Conversely, it is also an opportunity to contribute a net-negative to someone's day. Fail."
