"(Reefer) Arrived at guard shack at 8:30am for a 9:00am appointment. Checked in and Immediately got a door… 1st star. All crew members were polite… 2nd star. That’s it though. After the solid start. I sat for 7 hrs and 15. Min. Absolutely ridiculous! I didn’t even feel them start unloading me until the 3rd hour. Do better…Be better! Safe travels"
