"We ate there today. West end. Only customers in there. My fiance ordered breakfast and my son and I ordered dinner. My son's order was completely wrong . everything my fiance and I ordered was burnt. We never received refills or the bill. We had to ask for everything including the bill. Let me remind you we were the only 3 customers there. The server was worried about the monkey she was buying online which I was educated on while taking our order and was on the phone the whole time while we were there. While sitting there waiting for our drinks to be refilled the cook went over to a booth and set with a female that walked inside. At this point I looked at my fiance and said this is unbelievable. I asked him what should we do because I have never been in a situation like that. The food was horrible and customer service was absolutely ridiculous. We will not return."

"Went after picking son up from school there was no other customers but me my wife and son and not only was all our food burnt but the cook got the order wrong the server was horrible never brought refills or checked on if everything was right and was on the phone most the time. The cook then was setting down talking to someone after cooking overall id give it a zero star review if possible. $45 wasted"

"The ladies was more worried about talking to their regular customers than serving me and my husband. Our waffles was not cooked properly and still doughy and she seemed annoyed when we said something about it, the bacon was burned burned. I usually like going to waffle house but I won't go back to this location period"
