Edible Arrangements

"I placed my order yesterday and it is SUPPOSED to be delivered today. It is after 5:00 PM and nothing has been delivered. I called the store almost 2 hours ago to find out the status because the status online hadn’t changed all day. It simply said that my arrangement was being made from 8 AM until 3 PM. Still nothing has been delivered. I don’t know what is going on, and I don’t care what is going on, but I do find it highly unsat for a customer to be waiting ALL DAY AND NOW NIGHT, because it is dark outside for a fruit arrangement! I really wish I had read the reviews from the store before selecting the store for my arrangement to be made and delivered. I could’ve chosen a store that was slightly further in distance, but has better reviews. And now I’m thinking, maybe there’s a reason why they’re trying to deliver it at night! The reviews suggest that I have a 50/50 chance of getting what I ordered. UPDATE- I received my platter just before 6 PM! Not to my surprise, when I opened it, it was full of UNRIPENED FRUIT that by my estimate will be ripen in about three days or so. NOT ONE PIECE OF FRUIT ON THAT PLATTER IS EDIBLE TODAY! The strawberries alone were so small that I didn’t even know they were strawberries. Additionally, the grapes, that are in season, because I just bought some from the grocery store, were somehow missing from my platter! I don’t even know why somebody would cut this unripened fruit and put it on a platter and act as if they’ve done something. I have tried to call them, I have left an email, I have gone on their Facebook page, I have gone on Twitter, and I have left a message on the edible arrangements website for somebody to call me to rectify this situation! My recommendation would be to NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE unless you are doing so in person and it’s already made ."

"Ordered something for.my daughter on mothers day and she got delivered wrong thing...lady was very argumentive and dismissve ..told me to bring back uneaten portions and switch it out.. Instead of flowers she got popcorn and a mug.. I did not like their attitude about it she was kind of brushing me off and I read theer reviews that said that's how they act When they make a mistake didn't even apologise black people..never order from them..what ordered on left vs what I got on right"

"Please look at my comment and other comments before placing an order. On 5/06 (my birthday) my sister who lives in NC placed a delivery order of Strawberries, a Teddy Bear, Balloon and a Chocolate pop. They came to my home but I wasn't there so I was told to visit the store, which was fine. I arrived a little after 6pm and picked up my order. When I got inside my car I opened the berries and they looked so old. I went back in to let the worker and she immediately became rude and told me just because the leaves are brown doesn't mean anything. I get arrangements all the time and I never had or heard of this excuse. At this point she rudely told me she can call her manager and ask her manager what she want her to do. Then told me her manager said she can remake them over but it will be 30 mins. I agreed but realized I had a reservation soon and told her that will not work but I can settle for tomorrow. The worker told me "that ain't" possible. At this point I got very upset because it is my birthday and I was getting treated so unfairly. I refused to wait 30 mins for someone who is annoyed, angry, and keep wiping her nose to make my strawberries. I asked her if she reach back out to her manager and she said NOPE (just like that). At this point I am very upset and I told her she is very disrespectful and is no help. The worker actually started mocking me when lead me to fuss at her. My sister called the manager in the morning and to our surprise the manager is just as disrespectful as the employee. The manager name is Alicia/Alesha or however she spells it. She claimed she heard the whole conversation but the team member stated she can't call her manager. So either way they were lying. Alicia stated she didn't want to do business with us but we NEVER want to do business with them. The 1st and last time here. This makes me never want another Edible Arrangement. Thanks for ruining my last year in my twenties. Again people please read the recent reviews, I wish my sister would've."
