We called you and you assured us it would be okay.. the turn around time for what we wanted was 2 days but you made it happen within literal HOURS If it wasn’t for you we wouldn’t have had flowers at the funeral.! You did an AMAZING job and fantastic customer service. We cannot thank you enough. Hopefully we won’t need flowers anytime soon but when we do you will most Definitely be getting our business. "I placed an order for 2 Friday deliveries on a Thursday. The selection online made it hard to choose, but I found what I wanted. Both recipients were ecstatic with their orders and they were perfect. Several days later, flowers for both are still fresh as the first day! "Total disappointed. Ordered flowers from the funeral home site. Graves funeral home. Order Was sent to Belinda florist. What I ordered, what I got was not the same. Half the flowers, but paid for more. Not recommend this place. Second picture is what it was supposed to look like. Top one, no flowers on the sides. Not filled in completely. Green Leaves chopped of on the top left. Where the gladiolus. Got one thrown at the bottom, but not open. None in the middle or top. Gladiolus are in season, you can see growing in yards. They apparently had them they threw one in there at the bottom. I wanted it to stand out, not just pretty. This family is special to us. Then the writing on the bottom of the card. Says flowers make me happy, how about you. This is a funeral."
