"I’m pretty disappointed in how they treated my husband… He’s purchased a few firearms from this place as well as jewelry, and most recently he purchased a gun, a very pricey gun… They told him take his time paying for it, he constantly made payments on it and never missed one, even made extra payments… They failed to mention the gun was on consignment, meaning the gun does not belong to them… And then they called him and basically strong Armed him into paying for the rest the gun right then and there because the gun was on consignment. This is the kind of thing that needs to be disclosed at the time of purchase or original payment agreement not last minute when you still have quite a bit of money left over on the gun. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional in my opinion. They have lost a good customer, I do not recommend doing business with these people they are not trustworthy"

"Purchased a gift for a friend prior to Christmas, was told if the friend didn't like the gift I could return it for a refund. Contacted the store after Christmas to see about a return, no answer so I left my contact info for a return call. Never heard back so I called back on 1/19 only to be told if I brought it back the same day I purchased it would I have been given a refund. Gentleman that conducted the sale told me he would buy it back for gold price (probably less than half of sale price). Needless to say, pawn shops are in business to make money, but no one should make promises they are not prepared to stand behind. I will not do business with this establishment again."

"Sold me a Apple Watch online which had damages that weren’t posted. When attempting to get a refund the seller told eBay I destroyed the watch in hopes of getting my money back which makes no sense at all. I would rather resell for a discount than to damage the item entirely. When coming to the conclusion that they wouldn’t give me my money back I settled for the watch only to find out that it was stolen and had a activation lock on it. They told me I was dishonest and that it was a different watch even though the serials match. The activation lock on the phone predates the time I had the watch in my ownership. My bank is doing an investigation in connection with PayPal since it is a stolen good. The seller couldn’t provide the log in details to remove the iCloud lock on the phone. I tried to work with them and would’ve removed my negative feedback but they continue to call me a liar."
