"Outstanding customer service Carrie! The flower bouquet I ordered looked exactly as I had pictured. Another thing, the Church was not opened as I was informed....which meant that Hughes Florist had to possibly make two trips and go out of their way to ensure the flowers were delivered that next day in time for the Memorial Service. I got a thumbs up with the flowers in hand from a family friend as she was carrying them up front to the Altar. I smiled with warmth and relief and immediately knew I would need to take out and make the time to do this review. Thanks again for going above and beyond...Know it was very much appreciated!"

"My father purchased a floral arrangement for my mother-in-laws wake which was today, Sunday Dec. 10th. The floral bouquet was called: LOVE EXPRESSED for 79.99. The arrangement he chose was supposed to be 15" tall in a regular curvy, clear glass vase. However that is not what was sent to the funeral home. We got this tiny 6" arrangement that measured 6" from the base of the vase to the top of the bouquet! It didn't have the right amount of flowers that is was supposed to, nor did it stand at 15" tall. If I could rate this service as a ZERO I would. We are terribly disappointed with the entire transaction!! We called in to be sure we would get what we ordered instead of ordering the bouquet online. We will never use this florist again, nor will we ever recommend them to anyone. If anything, we would warn them not to use this florist."

"Absolutely painless process ordering a beautiful flower spray and small arrangement for a funeral. I called in the order and made some adjustments later, and the flowers were exquisite. Everyone was very pleased both our group of friends that sent the flowers and the recipient family. My only caveat would be that I would've liked an itemized receipt, but I didn't ask for one either. The receipt is just a total. I recommend Hughes Florist and would order again."

"They ruined my mood for Valentines day. First of all, parking is inexistant. Now the shop itself is pretty decent but items were a overpriced, maybe for Valentine’s day. I asked if they have military discount, they said NO, they only offer “Police officers discount” NOT Military discount. Never heard that one before but ok, their shop, their rules. Lastly, they did NOT include the card I chose and hand-wrote for my wife. I drove 30 minutes (twice) to buy flowers without a card. I wrote on the card and the lady took it from me and put it in a small envelope but never gave it back to me. I was so in rush I thought the card was in the bouquet. I went home before I noticed the card was missing. Flowers were beautiful, I will be honest but overall not the best experience I’ve had."
