"I love Lowe’s plant section and usually find something to bring home. Rarely has one not survived. Most are strong, excellent quality, and I’ve yet to find one with any sort of insect infestation. That is probably the reason most of my indoor plants come from there."

"I’ve been here often, and have always had decent service. Yesterday I ordered several items and went to the store to pick them up. First, they put 20 large bags of mulch and 15 40 pound bags of sand on a cart and had it at the online pickup desk. The awesome young lady at the desk could barely push it enough to get it out from behind the desk so I could push it to the entire other end of the store to load myself. The 12 6’x8’ fencing panels I ordered were brought out to me on another cart for me and a friend to load ourselves. 8 of the 20 bags of pea gravel were brought out, had to wait for them to get the rest. All in all, it took over an hour. Spoke to the manager several times as she was the one that actually brought the fencing panels out to me. She is absolutely amazing, and the one thing that helped calm me down. She is the reason this is not a one star review."

"Parking lot covered with hundreds of pallets of lawn products, forcing a long walk from outer parking slots. Carts scattered throughout. Only one cashier for a long line of customers. It is usually my go-to garden center, but I won't return under these conditions."

"I usually don't give bad ratings, however in this case the Managers on duty would not respond to a cashier continuous request for assistance due to the wrong price coming up on the register. Twice the posted amount. 45 minutes to check out. Only one register open. A long line waiting behind us. We had two carts full of fencing, flowers, etc. Spring is here. If management doesn't want to respond, authorize giving the item free. My time is valuable."
