Jeff's Flowers

"I came into Jeff’s Flowers around 3 PM the day before Mother’s Day hoping to get a pre-made arrangement. Since it was last minute, there was limited pickings. A wonderfully helpful woman (who’s name I wish I had gotten) assisted me in the process of custom ordering an arrangement. She took me to the back room so I could see some of the flowers they still had in stock and then walked with me to the front to begin the process. I explained that my mom’s favorite flower is a gerbera daisy and that I wanted coral colors and wild flowers. I made my payment and they were ready at 8 AM the very next day! I was nervous about how it would turn out, but the arrangement was better than I could have expected! It was absolutely beautiful and I was so excited to gift them to my mom. I will absolutely be using their services for all of my flower orders in the future. 10/10 experience from start to finish."

"Even though my first visit was under sad and stressful circumstances, I had a wonderful experience ordering the casket spray for my mother's funeral. Carla was wonderful to work with. She listened to my thoughts and ideas and added her suggestions and guidance. The arrangement was the most beautiful I had ever seen for a casket. I am very pleased, and I am very thankful for the professionalism and the beautiful artistry at Jeff's Flowers."

"Ordered the Deluxe Blooming Dish Garden for my mother-in-law. Per the description: "Bring a touch of natural beauty into your home or office with our Blooming Dish Garden! This lush array of live plants overflows its basket, rich with life! Consists of two blooming plants and three tropical plants which can be replanted and continue growing. This miniature garden is the perfect gift to lift someone's spirits, and makes an excellent addition to a home or office! Two live blooming plants and two live tropical plants are delivered in a unique, earthy planter." It did have some live tropical plants but it had SILK flowers, not real live blooming ones. They had my contact information but didn't reach out to ask if silk flowers were an acceptable substitute. I would have said no and asked for other live plant options. My mother-in-law was surprised when she received her gift that it had fake flowers mixed in. Especially coming from Jeff's Flowers which is a very reputable florist in her area. I know there are supply chain issues affecting everyone's businesses these days. But all it takes it a phone call to make the customer aware of the issue. I'm giving it two stars because she said she liked the arrangement. I'm frustrated about the false advertising, the cost, and the lack of transparency. And it's kind of embarrassing to say, hey, happy birthday, here are some fake flowers. Luckily my mother-in-law is super awesome and was cool about it."
