"This Walgreens has the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. Please get some great quality help. They need an effective and respectful leader. It’s ridiculously slow. My goodness."

"Wife injuries her knee so visit doctor at 8am in the morning. Doctor calls in pain meds to this Walgreen’s. Keep calling all day and still not ready. Wife in pain all day and all night not able to sleep. Get to the pharmacy when they open (which they open late) and the girl at the register (you will know who she is if you visit) has the worst attitude, no sympathy and all excuses of being busy and why she can’t get it filled timely. I wait for it and she just gives constant attitude as if customers are inconvenience. Guess what? You are in a customer service business…perhaps you shouldn’t. Just hope no one she cares for has to wait on her to get anything done. They need to find someone else to be the face of their pharmacy up front. Move her to floor stocking shelves after hours. Absolutely horrible."

"Aweful experience. Showed up 3 hours after my perscription was called in. Waited in line for 30 minutes just to have them say the doctor did not call it in. I got my doctor on speaker phone and he said he had called it in. They said "oh yes we just found it. come back in 1 hour". I came back 2.5 hours later, waited in line again, only to have them tell me it's still not ready, "come back in an hour." I came back in an hour and the pharmacy was closed and won't open until after memorial day! Now I'm facing a 3 day holiday weekend in significant pain. This pharmasist is grossly negligent and does not care about patient well being. A travesty of healthcare. I will never step foot in this store again."

"This Walgreens pharmacy is just terrible. The tech they just hired a few months ago that works the drive through mostly is rude, has absolutely no manners, isn’t helpful, & lazy. On top of that she doesn’t know how to talk to people & pitches a fit when u have questions. She complains non stop. Last time being that I was the cause of her back pain when she had to look for my scripts. Just blown away by the lack of customer service including she wears her mask on her chin which defeats the purpose of wearing a mask. This Walgreens also “looses” scripts on file that happens every couple of months & they have to order my meds knowing I fill my meds every month. I’ve been at this location for 10+ years I’m now switching to another Walgreens."

"Pharmacy is the worst. Called about 2 prescriptions i was told they would both be ready in an hour and half, got there and neither one was ready had to wait another 45 minutes, went back only one was ready and i would have to wait another 30 minutes for the next to be ready. They dont do the text for your prescriptions unless you're not waiting for it. They are too messy. The worst!"
