"I don't know what happened to Genoa but it is not the way it was when I first used them a few years ago. When I first started using Genoa I had no problem getting my pills. I recently switched to another pharmacy because they kept saying they were going to send my pills in the mail but they never did. They even put one of my pills on hold when I needed a refill. Several times I have been close to running out or missed my morning pill because they would fill it last minute or on the day I run out. I believe if I have health insurance and pay for my meds I should not have to chase them down to fill my pills. They don't even care about their customers. If you are looking for a pharmacy I do not recommend going to Genoa."

"Multiple times they did not have my meds in stock. Since I do not drive, this waste of finding rides, time and gas was frustrating. The last straw was when I asked for my meds to be mailed (because they were out of stock). This was on a Monday. I verified my address and watched my mailbox for a few days. 3 days later, I called and was told by Patrick that they hadn't been mailed. Would I like to come get them or continue the mail service. I said to mail them, verified my address for a 2nd time and explained that I do not drive, then called out of work due to withdrawal symptoms. On the 5th day I had to call out of work again, and go to the ER to get my meds due to severe withdrawl. Filling the partial script from the ER, I had to pay full price since Patrick had already billed my insurance. Today, now day 7, the partial script is empty from the ER. I call the pharmacy and Patrick answers, and says my meds are still sitting on his counter. He gave me no explanation or apology, so I let him know I'd be in tomorrow to gather every prescription for my last visit. This is by far the most medically unethical and personally disrespectful establishment I have ever used. Don't go here."
