"Terrible business. Called me on the DAY OF my scheduled delivery for a family member’s birthday saying they couldn’t make the delivery due to the driver being sick. People get sick all the time, no problem. The problem is how do you have ONE driver? So now your entire day of business is shot because of bad business decisions? Insane. Defeats the whole purpose of this place, especially if the product itself is subpar per the dozens of negative reviews for this place. Do better or open up a shop in the area that can."

"Just received an arrangement fir my wife's birthday. The arrangement itself was nice but the fruit is hard and tasteless. This location has the poorest food quality. Better quality fruit at Dollar General. Never again. SMH P.S We threw the fruit away. What a waste of money and then they had the nerve to ask for a tip via email. What a disgrace."

"I ordered and paid for and arrangement 830am one morning to be delivered same day to a location not far away. I was told online and by phone it would be done. I received an email that the person who's name was written as recipient had received it. They did not receive it. I don't know what they did with the arrangement I paid for."

"Terrible. They left a beat up product at my door. It is apparent that it fell several times while out for delivery. I am surprised that it would be left at my door in this condition the Hull St. and Genito location has to have better standards.Now let's see what happens tomorrow. The driver says that they will provide a replacement."

"Basket arrived melted and stinky. Called the store and they said they'd send another one right out. Three hours later, no basket and we've been stuck at the house just waiting. We just wasted $80.....update: our replacement looks just like we expected it should have to begin with. We were given a balloon and extra chocolate covered strawberries for free."
