"terrible little girl at the counter- no help at all, lied and said they dont fill balloons up even if they came from kroger if you dont have a recipt! even if the balloon is literally kroger brand and to top it off she was so blatantly ignorant she "tried" to become a detective and made a very very bad attempt at putting imaginary clues together to imply I stole a balloon and blew it up, flattened it... made it look like brand new and come back in to get it blown up again... insanity!!! I had my 3 year old with me... it was a dinosaur walking balloon... not that big a deal and ive never had someone be soooooo far off on everything they assumed... I didnt even have the energy to engage with someone so dumb... Flabergasted... dumbfounded. I have no clue how someone can hold a job and be so dumb. It must be painful. I went to the other kroger and had no issues. The gentleman used common sense and filled my sons balloon no issues!!! AMAZING! TA-DA! customer service and no headache! I suggest going to the better Kroger up ironbridge. Flat out hands down a HUGE difference and well worth the drive."
