"I ordered flowers for Valentines Day - I paid the extra fee for premium. The arrangement that I received was basic, some roses, just as many carnations - basic ferns and none of the extra greenery in the photo. Half of the roses were already opened and the arrangement was placed in a brick of something that was difficult to water - flowers lasted maybe 2-3 days looking decent....and there was no evidence of anything for the 'premium price' I paid to upgrade the arrangement. So like $145 or more with delivery fee for maybe a $65 arrangement. I live in Powhatan, so they lost a new customer with this nonsense...."
