"Tried using the text to get in line feature but never got texted back. Luckily it wasn’t on a medication that was not time constrained. Since I had problems with the text feature I always just go in now to activate any prescription and to ask any questions. Every time I go in person the lines are quick and the drive thru feature is nice. Recommend not using the text feature and not calling- just go in."

"They're treatment of retirees is deplorable. No one answers calls. There is zero customer service. Everyone is supposed to know what to do with minimal information and no opportunity to ask questions. When you go in to the pharmacy you're passed back in forth between windows, each insisting that it's the other window that you have to go to. You're treated as less than for having the need to ask a question in the first place. Then, the answers that you're given aren't correct. If their goal is to frustrate you off base, they're succeeding and that's sad for a service that's supposed to be beneficial."

"Zero stars should be possible. Absolutely the worst volunteer civilians. They don't even know the laws and will not listen. The call wait times are at least 20 minutes (even if you're caller 1) and generally 30-40 minutes. Staff almost never give you the correct answer so then you're stuck going in or calling again because they just never know. They say the text line will work, but then can't help you when it doesn't actually work to activate prescriptions."

"I always have problems with this pharmacy. I just spent two hours waiting to speak to someone on call only for them to hang up on me 20 minutes before closing. I was in slot 1 for 30 minutes. I was calling because I’m trying to transfer most of my medications, since last time I picked them up, I was given 3 of the same medication rather than my three separate medications. It is an issue of the system mostly. It took 4+ months for me to get a prescription filled there because of theirs and Tricares system. Was awful and landed me in bad health situations."
