"Slowest pharmacy I've ever experienced and won't call you to tell you that there's a delay in a medicine you or your child needs. You would think they would have the common curiosity to do that. For example, they delayed my daughter's ear infection medicine and they wouldn't have done anything unless I said something. Poor excuse for a pharmacy."
"Why did I use them enough to even realize how terrible they are. Closed all the time at the wrong times. They have a drive thru thats closed full time. Should have known when the entire store is ran terribly. Now the people in the pharmacy always super nice but the service absolutely sucks will never use them again. People have to understand when you open a pharmacy people's lives might be dependent on getting that medicine in your closed with inconvenience letters everywhere all the time?"
"I transferred all my families prescriptions from Target when CVS took them over. Since I have been with Kroger Pharmacy, they have ALWAYS been excellent to me and my family. I have never had an issue with them and feel comfortable now that CVS has nothing to do with filling my prescriptions."
"This is the worst pharmacy ever. If you can go somewhere else to get your medication i seriously recommended. They are always short of staff, the hours always change, and the communication is terrible. They never can find the medication or the prescription that is called in. The hold time is extremely without anyone checking on you. But the biggest issues was on May 29,2021 when i called and provided the pharmacy with the hospital number to obtain information. I spoke to a female pharmacist who i specifically asked can i give you the number or is it best they call you. She reported she would call the hospital for the information. The hospital waited almost 3 hours ( if i could post the text from the hospital i would) for someone to call and eventually called the pharmacy themselves. Once that hurdle was over we waited hours to receive a notification that the prescription was ready never received anything so we called at 5:30 to inquire to only be told they didn’t have the prescription after asking for them to check again 10 minutes later it was found. We were told it would take 30 minutes to get ready. All the while never was informed they closed at 6pm. Arrive to pick up the medication to only find out yup indeed they are closed. Spoke to the store manager Sean who tried to ease the pain but as i expressed this is poor communication and poor customer services and something must be done. And from the looks of all the other reviews this is a frequent issue with staples mill Kroger pharmacy"
"Transferred from CVS last year due to cost difference. I understand that I am not the only person using this pharmacy and that I will have to wait for prescriptions to be filled at times however, having to wait for a week to have a prescription filled is unacceptable. On one occasion I had a prescription called in the AM and at evening time was told they couldn't get to it until the next day. On another occasion I was told last minute they are out of stock and will have it in 2 days. That 2 days was pushed several times leaving me to finally get my prescription 8 days later. This time they have had my prescription since Friday I was told I have to wait until Sunday. It being Sunday I called and am now being told it will be Tuesday. I will pay the extra money and will be switching back to CVS."
