No, they don’t always process you through on a conveyer belt as some systems do, but the extra time spent interacting with their customers can catch potential problems or help find alternative funding options on more expensive meds. Janet, Silvana, and their crew are consummate professionals who go above and beyond consistently!!!!"

"This is one of the most unpleasant pharmacies I had to call due to my regular pharmacy being out of my medicine. The lady I spoke with got herself caught up in a web of lies. First telling me they couldn’t fill it because I haven’t been there a while, then said they didn’t have enough for new customers. After all of that I told her I needed to call my doctor (his patients are required to go to the same pharmacy under contract). She said that she had to call him, then I finally asked for the District Pharmacy Manager and she wouldn’t give me their name. I called my on-call doctor and told her I couldn’t get them at Kroger, she didn’t understand why and said she would be in touch with them in the morning. How pathetic, trying to fill a prescription at a different pharmacy—the first time in three years btw."

"Great staff. Knowledgeable and always ready to handle any question or request. Lines are going to be long some times, and some customers require more time with staff members, esp with new prescriptions. Over half the time (and I am a regular customer) there is no line or waiting. It's a big store in a high traffic area so lines can happen. I'll take good service (which this staff delivers) any time over sometimes having to wait."
