"On 4-2-23, I had to contact them by telephone at around 10am. I don’t know, who answered the phone, but she was magnificent. I had placed an order online last night for a viewing which is today. I often times find myself on the life with burnout and moody employees. I did not experience that at this establishment. I am traveling manager and constantly find myself having to place orders online for everything. This is service was above and beyond what I expected. I will make all of my future purchases from this location. She was very helpful in getting my card changed to fit my wants. She even helped me word my card differently, because I was in a rush when making my request. She didn’t make it seem like I was stupid, she just made a suggestion. I could not be more pleased with this employee and establishment. Thank you!"

I live out of town and I am unable to come into the shop and pick up the flowers myself, however I can always depend on them to deliver with care. I highly recommend their services! "Outstanding flowers! I ordered 24 roses for my wife, for her birthday. She is very happy! Doris at Coulter's did an amazing job selecting and arranging these premium quality roses (not cheap Walmart roses, mind you)... these flowers and the service are proof of the adage that you really do "get what you pay for." :) 2nd pic, more of them opening up larger and larger every day! :)"

They were SO helpful, offered me options when I was sure I didn't have any AND made a special trip to get an orchid just like I wanted.
