"I have been dealing with the owner for about a year now and its surprising to hear that he's been called a racist which is more of an ignorant behavior especially in this day and age. I'm African American and all I've received from the shop is nothing but absolute respect and professionalism.I stand to be corrected but gunshops and gun ranges is one of the uniting places for people of different ethnicities. I have shipped about 4 guns to his shop so far, and had no issues whatsoever with him and will surely continue to conduct business there. Finally, the customer is not always right!!!!"

"I am completely devastated that David took my gun. I thought that he had higher morals and standards than that. They never called and said anything to me at all but apparently on the 10th he could keep the gun so today being the 13th I came in to pay the gun pawn back and get the gun out of pawn but he informed me that he sold it but I know he "sold" it to himself since he had expressed to me when we pawned the gun that he would buy it from me and that he collected Marlin 30/30's. I had expressed to him that since my mother had bought that gun for my father new back in 1978 that I could never sell it. I had my mother pay on the pawn last time so I should have written the date down that it was she paid but I didn't because I never in a million years thought that David would be so crooked. All I want is to buy my gun back but he was very clear when I came to get it today that he liked it more than I did and that it would fit in great in his Marlin 30/30 collection. Give me a call David and I will gladly come back in and let you make things right and I'll buy my gun back. If you do I will take down this bad review and not take any more steps at putting the word out about how terrible we were treated. Every pawn shop I have spoke to said it is just common practice to call during the grace period. I think it is funny he didn't in hopes he could add to his collection. He lied the second we walked in saying we were 20 days past. No David, we were 3 days past and I understand that is my fault but I again it is normal common practice to call first. I guess unless that is if he personally wants your item."

"The owner is very distasteful. He is snappy and rudely sarcastic and is only polite when you want to buy something of with a high price. I've been there on a few occasions all of which similarly unpleasant. I once even received a threat from the female employee with curls before even entering the building, telling me I might get shot if I stand looking at a rocking chair outside the front doors because pawnshops get robbed a lot. That is NOT what you tell people when you're looking for business. On a related note, I don't think I need to tell you that this was my last visit."

"Just went by this morning on the way to work. The staff is awesome and very friendly. This was my second transfer with them and they are fast and to the point. They have a nice showroom and just generally nice people. We will continue to do business with them. Additionally comment I had a transfer go bad from the vendor and David really took care of me. "Being first time gun buyers, we have shopped several stores. The staff at this shop are very knowledgeable and don't push you to buy what they want you to buy. We were treated like family and had a positive experience. I told my husband I won't buy from any other store when it comes to shopping for guns. This is my Go To Shop, I know I will always find what I want and I know my questions and concerns will always be answered. We have purchased 2 guns from this shop, one being an anniversary gift for my husband. David and his staff are wonderful.
