"I would NEVER trust this place to get your arrangement to the funeral home in time. The order was suppose to be delivered yesterday for the visitation. The lady on the phone hung up on me twice. She has no clue where the flowers are etc. I have a email stating my order was to be delivered on yesterdays date yet she keeps saying today.Paid over $100 and they have now made me look like an uncaring friend. She is now threatening me that “her husband is a police officer”…whatever that means."

"I originally ordered the large peace lily online and requested 3 red roses to be added to the middle for a funeral. It was late at night, thus the online order. However, I then called as soon as they opened the next morning. She was actually just getting there and unlocking the door (so had not started prepaing my order). We discussed and the lady on the phone (I think the owner) said my order that came in was for a large garden basket and she thought that would like nicer with the 3 red roses. I agreed to the garden basket with multiple plants and 3 red roses for a pop of color. Charge would be 69.99 plus the 3 roses. Well, it was the peace lily that got sent with 3 DEAD red roses for 119.03. I am disappointed with the change of product and price because I was excited about the garden basket after we talked, but really with dead roses for a funeral! I would attach a picture if I could."
