Picked a standing spray with patriotic theme and asked for some extras, and if they could add some to the charge and make it really special. The additional charge was like ten percent, but I feel it looked at least twice as nice!"

"I pastor a local church and have used a lot of different florists for funeral arrangements. Lately, they’ve all been expensive and underwhelming for the cost. The arrangement I ordered for Jobe was expensive, as expected, but it was incredible and I feel like it was definitely worth the cost. Also, I ordered online and they didn’t have the needed flowers and called immediately to try and resolve the issue. The lady called their wholesale distributor and immediately went to pick them up so they could deliver the arrangement on time. They will be my go-to florist from now on."

"I just sent flowers to a mom who gave birth and they were beautiful! Jobe Florist was very accommodating with me; after I placed the order, I learned the family was hoping to be discharged as soon as possible, so I called Jobe to change the delivery address to the house instead of the hospital. Unfortunately, they don't deliver that far, but they were going to let me cancel such short notice for 100% refund! I soon found out that mom and baby wouldn't be discharged until later in the day, and called back, and since they had an arrangement already made up, they made sure to deliver it before mid-morning. They made a point to get it to the hospital with plenty of time for the flowers to be enjoyed there before being brought home. I appreciated how flexible they were with me!"
