"Sadly, I live around two hours from this garden center, but it would be dangerous if they were closer. I love visiting garden centers when I travel, and the selection, price, and hospitality at JMD's is unmatched. As I was shopping, an employee, perhaps an owner, spotted some droopy plants in my cart, and she returned with a cart with some more vibrant plants she had in the back. They are lovely people, knowledgeable and warm. I hope they'll be around for many years to come."

"Beautiful greenhouse. It’s apparent they take good care of their plants. I’ve been getting plants at Lowes and sometimes Millmont. Had to match up previous plants from Lowe’s. Which they were out of. Went to JMD. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the prices. I thought they were on sale but the lovely lady working there said no, they were normal prices. It’s now my plant place."

I have participated in many of their classes over the years and I enjoyed every one of them. They sell farm raised meats here along with some high quality snacks. They have a large parking lot and a natural playground for the little ones."
