"Poorly managed and employees are disinterested. One person says one thing the next person says they shouldn’t have said that. This place needs an effective manager to gather these employees and get everyone on the same page. Meanwhile patients suffer because of these failures."

"Every time I arrive, they seem to have not checked their script interface. Refill requests sent the day before, doctor's scripts from 3 hours ago all sitting in unchecked queue's. Then it takes an additional 45min wait time to process for "all of the other patients in front of you" when the place is literally empty. Other Carilion pharmacies such as the RMH lobby and riverside do not have these inefficiencies. It's a shame this one is the closest to my cancer treatments. It would be ideal if they were able to deliver the quality that is present at carilion's other pharmacies."
