Kroger Pharmacy

"E script sent in for 2 scripts 5 days ago. Picked one up Friday. Could not pick the other up until today. Not one time did anyone let me know they were out of the script. No calls, I was even in the pharmacy and not a word. So Sunday I call and they act like they are going to fill the script, but after I hang up an automated call let's me know I don't get my script. Thanks for saying, I don't matter, my time doesn't matter."

"Worst Kroger pharmacy ever. The drive thur is always broken. The line is usually at least 10 ppl long. They do not answer the phone stating they are short staffed so you can not call in your refills or check the status. So you have to drive all the way there and then wait 30 mins to an hour for your medicine to be filled. They are short staffed but close everyday for lunch it would make sense to take lunch in shifts so they are able to keep the pharmacy operating. It's time to contact the Dpt of Health Professionals or OSHA. I was on bedrest and pregnant 22weeks and dilating. I needed my medicine my Dr wanted me to start ASAP I called Kroger for hours to make sure the drive thru was open and my meds were ready but no answer. I had no choice but to risk my pregnancy to go and get my meds and was met with a Long line and wait let aline the tech had a huge attitude with everyone"

"Went to pickup prescription for myself and my wife both called in yesterday morning. I was told late in the afternoon it would be 45 minutes. I chose to leave and come back today after waiting for 30 minutes in line. So went back this afternoon and was told they were working on it would be 45 minutes. Well I can't stand in line anymore after another 30 minutes this time. I told them to call if they ever get time to fill the prescription. But it's been 2 hours now. Still waiting."

"No dosing instructions.with my husband's meds. Had to.call pharmacy back.and.Judy was kind enough to take a photo.and text it to me. The next day the doctor changed from 12 day dosage to 6. I called the pharmacy.back and was told they could not photo and text.the instructions.to me. I had to go back to the pharmacy stand in line.for the instructions. Both during the call and visit I was offered no explanation as to why they could not photo and text it to me. They did give me points on my Kroger card for my inconvenience which I appreciate however it didn't make up.for.the inconvenience to myself and my husband. Also wanted to mention prescriptions were not ready at the time they said they would be. The drive thru when used is most of the time extremely slow. Also Kroger should remove some of the parking for click list and put in more handicapped parking. We can almost never find an available handicapped spot when we come there."

"I stopped in and asked to refill my pills at 3pm it is bot almost 730pm and they are still NOT filled! The excuse I was given is they have had a lot if orders! But had I waited for them it would have been a 30 minute wait! I thought O was being nice saying I would be back later around 6-630pm to pick them up! This happens all the time here, maybe they need to have two pharmacists on duty around the 1st week of the month so they can keep up!"
