"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any place of business. Pharmacy tech was extremely rude during a very upsetting time and had absolutely no professional manner to her at all. People in medicine including the Pharmacy should be compassionate and caring especially during a time of need. PS I have never wrote any kind of bad review in my 40 years of living so that should tell you something."
"Called and left voicemails 3 days in a row to cancel a prescription. Totally unresponsive when it comes to voicemails. If you don't have enough employees to help, then put something on your voicemail message stating so. Switching all my meds to 3971 Brambleton from here on out, as they are at least responsive."
"Got my Covid booster at this pharmacy recently, and I love this "stand alone" location. The pharmacy is so nice and quiet, without the disruption of grocery shoppers. The pharmacy had some empty shelves, and I understand staffing is currently an issue, but my experience was wonderful. The pharmacist giving the injection was so affable, interested in you as a customer and made the experience pleasant!"
"After dealing with the total chaos and disaster of CVS across the street, I finally moved to this Kroger Pharmacy. And, WOAH! They are responsive, kind, quick, and the best pharmacy I’ve had in years. Even being short staffed, their service is still 5 star worthy. No waiting weeks to have a prescription filled like at CVS. When they say it’ll be ready tomorrow - they mean it! I feel like they really care about my health, which I can’t say for their neighbor. Thanks, y’all! I’m so grateful to find a pharmacy that values their clients and cares about their well-being."
"When I first started coming to this pharmacy, I had no issues. They were polite and helpful. In the past month, they have been short staffed and their services seemed to have been affected. I went to pick up a prescription today and the pharmacist was so incredibly rude because I was voicing my frustration at having had to go the the pharmacy three separate times to pick up my most recent medications. The lady at the window told me she had no record of one of my medications. The pharmacist stood at her computer and rolled her eyes and whispered to the window attendant when she went over to her to talk about the prescription, clearly irritated by my presence. When the attendant returned to the window I told her that it recently has seemed to be an issue getting my medications refilled and asked for the pharmacist’s name (I believe it was Jackie?) - at this point I’m visibility angry at the way I was being treated. I’m not certain of the pharmacist’s name, because as the attendant was telling me, the pharmacist looked over and said “do you have a problem?” I said yes. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful and I was a customer who should be able to say when I’m unhappy with the service. She informed me that I was “rude as hell” and the only one with a problem and that she “owned the building” there was no one above her to complain to, and banned me from the building. All over an uncontrolled medication that I was able to show the attendant was called in by my doctor- even though they were telling me they had had no record of that medication since November, however I had gotten the same medication from their location on 1/10/22 and have the bottle to prove it. She then had the attendant tell me I could not wait at the window, and to shut the window. While waiting, contacted another Kroger pharmacy who gave me the corporate number to contact regarding this issue and she apologized profusely for the way I had been treated. I’m waiting to hear back from them. Under NO circumstances would I recommend anyone to have their prescription refilled at this location. I am a State employee, and I know how to be professional when making a complaint. This was completely uncalled for, and I will be reporting this incident to every available source to prevent others from ever experiencing this kind of treatment."
