"I recently had a follow-up appointment at Atiq's office, and unfortunately, I have decided that it will be my last visit there. Atiq lacks professional and social communication skills, and to make matters worse, she is also rude and disrespectful. She does not take the time to listen to her patients' concerns or understand the ultimate goal of being a medical professional, which is to save lives and serve the community. During my appointment, she was dismissive and did not seem to comprehend the severity of my medical situation. When I tried to communicate my health concerns to her, she interrupted me and began giving me generic explanations without asking me about my specific symptoms or conducting any diagnostic questions. When I tried to bring this to her attention, she became aggravated and raised her voice, saying, "OK, OK, sir, what are your symptoms?" Speaking to patients in this manner is unacceptable, especially considering the fact that we are paying for her services. If a patient does not feel comfortable communicating with their doctor, there can be no effective working relationship. Atiq could have shown some respect and professionalism during our interactions, considering that her paycheck is funded through us the customers. I am unsure how Atiq views her patients, thinking we would not speak out against her behavior. However, what I experienced during my visit to her office, was unethical and unacceptable. I refuse to tolerate being treated in such condescending manner, simply because Atiq is a medical professional. She must treat her patients with respect and dignity at all times, regardless of her title. In summary, Atiq displayed the following characteristics during our interactions: - Unprofessional behavior - Lack of ethics - Disrespectfulness - Dismissive attitude - Poor social communication skills - Lack of customer service skills - Aggressive behavior I would like to remind Atiq that, she should always remember that it is the community that keeps her in business, and it is our needs that she must prioritize above all else."

Not only is she extremely professional and knowledgeable but she shows a true concern for her patients and will go out of her way to make sure your educated on any test or procedure she sends you for. She will not lightly dismiss any problem you have but listens attentively and sympathetically. She is a rare find."

"I switched to Dr. Atiq Earlier this year after being miss treated terribly by a doctor in the Riverside system. She’s amazing. I moved here in 2017 and brought all my records that were not entered by my previous provider. After Dr. Atiq asking why there wasn't any past information I told her I had brought it and apparently it wasn’t entered. After my appointment that day I was home that evening and my phone kept alerting me of my chart notifications. She had updated all my records for several previous years in one evening. Kudos to Dr. Atiq!"
