"I can't seem to get them to return a phone call. Been trying just make an appointment for over 6 weeks, but no one answers the phone and it just goes to voice mail. No on returns the messages either. I guess they have closed their office, no one checks the voice mail, or they just don't want new paitients."

I've been a patient of Dr. Ruchi Dixit for YEARS now. Being completely 100% honest here I don't think you'll be able to find a more patient, kind, helpful, and overall wonderful doctor as her. I'm surprised I haven't wrote a review yet since she has been so helpful with my ADHD and honestly my life has been greatly improved since I've started seeing her. She recently has also been going out of her way to help me with the craziness that is the medication shortages as of late. She is swift with getting my prescriptions transferred over to another pharmacy as it's not easy as ADHD medication of course is a controlled substance. I wouldn't dare think about going anywhere else, as Dr. Ruchi Dixit has always had my back and will continue to have my loyalty as long as she practices. Thank you for all you've done Dr. Ruchi!"

"I have been with Focus MD/ Ruchi Dixit for years and i have never had a bad experience with her or the staff. I honestly look forward to my check-ins with Ms. Dixit, and have never felt like i was just one more person that she sees. Not only has she worked with me to adjust my meds as needed but also genuinely cares about my mental and overall health. As far as the business practices, I appreciate that they do more than just the general questioner diagnosis method and when new requirements by insurance companies get put into place (such as random drug testing) they provided amble warning but also explanation as to why this was occurring. As with a lot of items, Covid has made for shortages (including the one I take) and Ms. Dixit worked with me (on and off hours) to find a pharmacy that had stock which was no small task, or to adjust the prescription if there was none to be found. As an ADHDer, consistency/routine is super important and I am so grateful to have this place as part of my routine."
